How can I pay for my order?
Orders can be paid for by credit card using secure payment processing by Paymate. If you are in New Zealand, you also have the option of paying by internet banking or cheque. Your goods and invoice will be sent once your payment is processed.
How long will my order take to be delivered?
Orders are shipped through NZ Post. Delivery time to a New Zealand address is usually within 5 working days. International deliveries should arrive within 10-15 working days. Delivery time can be slightly longer if the ordered item is not in stock and needs to be made up. We will advise you ASAP if this is the case.
Do you deliver outside New Zealand?
Yes, we deliver world-wide.
What's the charge for delivery?
For delivery within New Zealand, a charge of $5 (NZD) per item applies. For international orders, the charge is $10 (NZD) per item.
What's your exchange policy?
Pal Monster Art will replace any unworn clothing item that is defective in materials or construction with the same item or an item of equal value. Items must be returned within 30 days of you receiving your purchase. Pal Monster Art does not take any responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit, nor do we exchange items if wrong sizes are ordered. Read our information on t-shirt sizes.
How do I work out what size t-shirt to order?
To get the correct sizing, measure a favourite and good-fitting t-shirt (from armpit to armpit) and select the closest sizing as below.
Small 45cm; Medium 50cm; Large 55cm; XL 60cm; 2XL 65cm; 3XL 70cm
Please choose your sizes carefully as we do not exchange t-shirts that are printed to order. See our exchange policy.
What print formats are available?
Our "weirdo" t-shirts can be printed in either of two formats:

Novelty t-shirts are printed with your chosen design on the front only.
Will my t-shirt shrink in the wash?
No. All Pal Monster Art t-shirts are pre-shrunk quality garments made in South America. T-shirts are 205g weight and 100% cotton, with twin needled shoulder seams for added strength and no side seams for better fitment.
